Elodia Mirriel-The Green Girl skin description

My entry for the Magic Skin contest. I'm not that good at shading, but I tried. It looks really good if you look at the frozen preview and squint a little XD. Maybe the cool but kinda morbid backstory will make up for it? Idk.. Backstory (Kinda morbid) My character is called Elodia Mirriel. She was a typical posh girl, with curly blonde hair and large blue eyes, always wearing frilly pink dresses and pink mary-janes. She lived in a posh estate with her family when she was 11, and on the edge of that estate was a huge, dark forest. Her family had owned the estate for generations, but they barely had enough money to keep it, and her parents were going to chop down the forest and sell the lumber. Three weeks before the day the forest was set to be cut down, Mr and Mrs Mirriel received a note, which read: They ignored the note, because they didn’t know what it meant. Two weeks before the forest was set to be cut down, they found a dead stag right in front of their house, with red mould, which smelled of blood, growing all over it. They quickly got rid of it, only mildly disturbed, and continued in their planning. One week before the forest was set to be cut down, they came downstairs to find a message written in blood on their wall, which said: They were scared senseless. So much so that they locked all the doors, put bars on all the windows and declared that they wouldn’t leave the house until the forest was utterly destroyed. The night before the forest was set to be cut down, they checked all the doors and windows were barred and locked three times, before finally going to bed. At exactly midnight, a loud noise, similar to thunder, vibrated through the house, waking both Mr and Mrs Mirriel up. They sat in their bed for a minute, dazed, until they heard screams from Elodia’s room. They ran as fast as they could to her room and when they got there, they were terrified. On the floor, curled up in a fetal position, was a girl. She looked about eleven. Her hair was a peculiar green colour and was matted as if it had been fiercely backcombed, covering her face. Her skin was a pale, unhealthy green. She was wearing a gray-green gress, which had had most of the sleeves and the bottom of the skirt ripped off. Mr Mirriel walked cautiously over to her and felt her neck. Her skin was cold as ice. He checked for a pulse. Nothing. Her head jerked upwards and pointed at him. Mrs Mirriel fainted. It was their little Elodia. Elodia slowly opened her eyes, which had pale green irises with no pupils, and looked up at her father. She opened up her mouth and said, in a hoarse, deep voice, “We have her now. You should have listened to us. Now she is ours.” Elodia leapt up and ran towards the window, which Mr Mirriel only then noticed was unbarred and swinging open. She sat on the windowsill and looked back at him, an evil glint in her eye, before swan diving out into the night. Mr Mirriel raced outside, only to see her frail, broken body quickly dissolve into dust and float away on the breeze. Two weeks later they sold the house. A family of six moved in and the youngest son had Elodia’s old room. On the very first night, the same thunderous noise echoed through the house and, when the boy’s parents arrived, they found their son holding his ears and rocking back and forth, screaming about ‘the green girl’. Those were the only words he ever spoke for the rest of his life. About ElodiaName: Elodia Mirriel Age: 11 years What: She is a phantom, who appears in an old mansion house Sightings: Sometimes seen lying in her old bed. Others found lying on the ground motionless.
