Kawaii Turtle Twinz (Old Skin) skin description

So, I remade a skin I had a long time ago, with my friend LEXYPINK, who also wore the skin with me (hense the title, 'kawaii turtle twinz') but it only works in steve arms (sadly) because I dunno how to make alex skins ;c; anyway hope you like it! Also, I give you permission to EDIT it and make it into ALEX ARMS if you'd like.
