Here's a renown alchemist, who has gained knowledge in various fields of study, mastering all art of magic taught in Embresia, an industrial empire. He's quite fond of reading and classical music, but behind his philantropic facade hide a monster ready to devour every fool who dare to stand on his way to power; he's the state police commander and thus lead various rough interrogatory without restreaning on any means he dispose of.
