Alex (Street Fighter V...kinda) skin description

Holy cow has it been awhile! I got busy, distracted, uninterested, etc. but I have a new skin for you guys! Alex in his Street Fighter V form with some minor changes. I've decided to ditch the tears in his pants because frankly, I don't like them plus I've made his hair longer because it doesn't make any sense in SFV. That said, you could say it's my version but I don't really need credit for changing up a well-known character just a little. While making this I realized I don't know how to draw muscles in any format so yay.
