Camouflage and injuries~ skin description

I fell yesterday. Got four grazes on my right leg, two were really bad and one was eh bad and one was fine so I got three plasters to put on the really bad ones and the eh bad one. I also sprained my ankle really bad.. But if anything this ice pack hurts more than the actual ankle does. We went to the doctors to check if I'd broken my foot, which I haven't (called it) and now I'm sitting awkwardly in bed with my left foot raised on a pillow because apparently that's good for you.
