Captain Cold - Legends of Tomorrow skin description
Hello everyone! This is my first time publishing a skin, so I hope you like it. I'm a big fan of DC's Legends of Tomorrow on the CW and wanted a couple skins to celebrate season 2 coming out this past Thursday. After looking at a lot of Captain Cold skins, I decided to make my own based more closely off of Wentworth Miller's portrayal of him in Legends. I drew some inspiration for the goggles from other skins here on PMC, but there are so many of them I don't know who to credit.
