Chara is the new Black (PBL) skin description

Hey guys! I'v been looking to this season of PBL even if I will most likely just be in week one. Anyway this is..Chara..from Undertale..which has NOTHING TO DO WITH THE PALLET XD. But Undertale's 1st anniversary was yesterday and I wanted to a Chara skin came to mind once I worked with the palette a bit. Not necessarily the same colors but slimier tones and shades that I think fits into a good alt design for Chara. Anyway please check out my opponent Myra_'s Skin for PBL. Chances are she will crush me in the polls but hey, you never know. Thx, Blakest
