I realized that there were not many skins on my favorite anime character, Chii Motosuwa in any skin bank, so I decided to make one myself. This sweet, naïve persecom is one of many lovable characters from the hit anime series Chobits! It may seem I stole this skin off of another skin bank, but both account names are the same, don't worry! We are the same person, Dachshund357! I take requests, so if you want me to design any skin, I won't mind designing it, no matter what it is! Female, Male, Robot, Animal, or absolutely anything else! I'll try my best to create it!
