Cicada's request! (better in 3D?) skin description

This is officially THE WORST skin, I've ever made. 'Eck, random noise is greater than this. I've tried doing the shading made by skinners used to making cloaks but eh, not working out for me. Anyway, here's your request Cicada, sorry it's been a month. ;-; Cicada's reference pic He said not to do the skulls spikes and chains. (whew lucky for me)
