Cozy in Red skin description

This took way longer than expected. Then again, I was experimenting with different shading styles for clothes, so that's probably why. Shoes, though, are still something I need to work on, since I have no idea what to make of them. Anyways, I hope this looks good enough and that people will enjoy it.
