Cute skin description

This is a skin that was inspired by the outfit my friend wore today, with a few changes. The leg with the two grey dots over the socks/tights is meant to be a sort of cat, but I didn't want to wreck it with a face or anything. The hair is guided by Ambience's skin Set Me Free because I couldn't figure it out that well yet xD I will mention that yes, this skin does look like Eugenia Cooney but this isn't actually her, if you do want another skin of her I can make one!
