(my headcannon for impulse) bart travelled back in time with flash's (missing in crisis flash) suit as it was the only protective suit that was friction proof. when he got settled in some episodes later, cisco made some changes to the suit to make it special. (his lightning a mix of red and 'yellow'(it's orange but they call it yellow) to show the connection bart has with barry and eobard) (his vizor has a HUD with navigation, biometric scans, communications) (this skin is made from TheSheriff1999's flash skin, i find it fitting with my headcannon) and please leave a comment with your opinion on this skin also subscribe and diamond for more
