Cyborg skin description

This is my first skin. I basically made a teenager with white hair and a robotic arm. Oh, and by the way, the things on his back are supposed to be a T-shirt motif of wings. So in a recent update, I got rid of the wings. Didn't look good. Also changed the skin tone.
