Draco skin description

-- It is the year 2540, 350 years after the lethal blast fulminated in space, wiping out everything that ever existed. Except the celestial body known as the Imperishable Planet in which the celestial being known as Draco resides. His skin is green from the radiation which plagues him. He dons a brown trenchcoat with green boots. His left hand is known as the Cosmo Corrupter, it shoots lethal shells at rapid speeds which devastate its victims in one fell swoop. He also wears a visor as the nuclear blast emitted an incredible light which permanently blinded him. To this day he patrols the Imperishable Planet annihilating all those he sees as evil. --
