Dragonite Boi (with a robe!) skin description

This is Another version of the "Dragonite Boi" but this one has a robe. He has got blonde hair because the most boy skins i've seen have black or Brown hair. I am going to change the hair texture a bit later. I now fixed the color-bug under the head.
