Fourth Hokage - Naruto skin description

Straight out of my favourite anime tv series Naruto. With inspiration from the cape of SquidianZerdx's Cape! A complete redo and remaster of all the other Hokage Skins i have seen. I thought the other skins didn't server the Hokage justice so i decided to take it into my own hand by giving him a lovely 3d cape with his original clothing underneath.
