Fritz Clevland skin description

Fritz Clevland was my second OC I created after Aruus. Since I'm partly German, I thought, "Why not?" Again, if you plan to use this skin, do not claim it as your own, or claim it as it was YOUR idea. Fritz is ~27, German accent, quite tall, and is nice to friends. And he also has a dark secret following his electrical powers.
