FROSTeve skin description

FROSTeve, real name Steve Shard, was hurt while fighting in Greenland with the Fusion Warlord with the rest of his army corps. He lost an arm to the fusion warlord, but was saved by the Guru of the North. To keep Steve alive, the guru fused aice gem into his gem, giving him power over ice. His ice abilities allowed him to grow an ice arm, which can lift 50 times his own body weight. He seeks nothing but to kill the Fusion Warlord for the loss of his arm.
