the PMC viewer makes it seemed unfinished/glitched. it is not, I checked in game as well. I haven't uploaded or even drawn a skin in about a year now so I'd though I give ti a shot since I also have a tablet now (I use for digital art) I did this with the Skindex creator from scratch, hope you like. its a bit abstract as I free-styled it. I may make a new personal skin for myself (lampost themed since that is my new online name instead of Meiwa on many other platforms) I feel this has a more similar feel to my Red Beast skin. feel free to use!
