Entry for the alien skin contest. Very much based off Grand Admiral Thrawn from Star Wars, one of my more favorite characters, you should definitely read about him if you haven't. Anyways my Grand Admiral is an extra terrestrial space commander who leads the some of the largest fleets the milky way galaxy has ever seen.
