You know you want some of this hot dorito action. *dramatic Illuminati music playing in the background* I toodled around on tumblr for a while to get ideas. So if you think this looks like someone's humanoid!Bill design, yes, it does! I basically took note of what most people drew him like and skinned it. So uh, credit to basically everyone who draws Bill looking kinda like this. :D Edit: Now with fire. I've discovered that fire is hard and now understand why everyone just uses the premade fire on skin-making sites. BuT I DID IT. I still have the fireless version, provided anyone wants it.
