Hypnosquid | Aliens : Skin Contest skin description

The Hypnosquid is but one of many dangers that you can encounter in the depths of space. These intelligent creatures can lunge at the back of an unsuspecting humanoid, cling to their head and release their instantly numbing ink. After the victim falls into a deep sleep, the Hypnosquid assumes control of their limbs by wraping its tentacles around them. The victim suffers no permanent harm, except for some bite marks and a vicious headache after the effect of the creatures ink subsides. Due to their unique ability the Hypnosquids often work as slavers or pirates, giving them a fairly bad reputation in the civilized parts of the universe. While the Hypnosquid assumes control over a person, they completely engulf their head and sink their teeth into them to make removal very difficult. Even though the Hypnosquid has the ability to mimic the rough movement of the victims sleeping body, they struggle with finer tasks such as controling their fingers.
