I Need Ideas! skin description

I don't know what this one is. I kinda just made it up on the spot, that's why its called "I Need Ideas." Also, I would like so say for the record that all of these skins I make usually take 15-30 minutes to make. ANOTHER thing, please, please, please comment ideas or questions that you have.
