I was bored, okay? (OC) skin description

Hey there, I made a skin. It's an alternate version of an OC ;w; And no, it's not Akasya (since Akasya is/was my main character, people could think it's the same person but nope). I tried shading the skin of the character, and I think it's much better than if I didn't shade the skin, like I usually do. And now, I'm clearing up some stuff. 1. She has a bandage around her right hand. 2. She has a wooden leg. 3. The really dark red lines are cuts, while the dark red shapes are uh.. how do I explain it? Well, she basically ate chunks of her flesh which ended up in these. Yes, this skin is a bit gore. 4. On the top of her left arm, you can see a lighter red thing going around her arm; this is part of her dress.. thing. 5. The reason why half of her hair is longer than the other is because she used to have a shaved side, but when the hair grew back, it ended up looking like this. 6. Basically she was locked in a dark lab all alone for years. There were food supplies, so she managed to live thanks to those. But when all of it was gone, she had to resort to.. other means. Anyway, should I delete this skin because of how gore it is (though it is horribly made)? I'm personally used to this kind of stuff, but if it's considered too "non kid friendly" or something, I can remove it, there's no problem with that. I mean, one of my skins DID get removed because there was a swear word in the title, so I wouldn't be surprised if this one got removed as well, since it's literally a girl with missing limbs and cuts. At the same time, my old "Heartless Killer" skin didn't get taken down, so I dunno.
