Christina Grimmie was an American singer / songwriter, as well as a contestant on The Voice. She toured the globe, spreading inspiration and love to everyone who would listen to her and her music. Grimmie produced several albums, all with inspirational and more than likely personal underlying meanings - love. Hardship. Losing and finding confidence in yourself. Grimmie spread her love and had a positive influence on all those who's hearts she touched. And then on June 10, 2016, Christina Grimmie was killed. Her message - her purpose was viral. She spread the love that she held with her. Christina Grimmie's influence on this world is still here. Although she might be gone, she is still with us, and always will be. I am not a person who can say that they had the chance to meet Christina Grimmie. I don't know her personally, and I probably never would have. However, as someone who was influenced strongly by her music and her message(s), I was hit pretty hard by the news of her death. For about two weeks I thought the same thing: this isn't real. It couldn't be real. And I knew that if I was, I mean, that upset about it, I couldn't even imagine how her family felt. I still don't understand, and I never can understand it.
