Icey the wizard skin description

Icey as is his name, and he used to be a mighty wizard! Until one day when another mighty wizard struck him with lightning so he lost all of his powers. To regain his power he went and studied at Sensei Snowman, but the years he has spent with them has taken it's toll. Now he looks like a snowman! And all he has that's anything wizard like is his magic ice gem, but that only sits on his leg and being useless.
