Imagine Wonder skin description

This is my entry for the magic contest. The Rove's are designed to reflect Tibetan monk robes (Sort of like Doctor Strange) and are designed to carry the symbol of the Dragon, one of the most powerful magic creatures. He is currently using magic, as shown by the sparking hands and the almost Herobrine looking eyes. I tried to go for a raw, uncut sort of power for this magic, as though harnessed from the nether or the end or something like that. Anyway, I hope you enjoy, and I will see you soon. Any similarities to other skins is completely unintentional and coincidental.
