Jeretsty was one of the most famous pirates to ever sail the sea, He single- handedly took on the British and French armadas in 1782 at the battle of Skull Cove aboard his ship the Sea Rabbit. During the battle, after losing most of his crew, Jeretsty fought the top lieutenants leading them toward a loaded cannon. While keeping them at bay in front of the cannon with his right hand, he lit the fuse with his left hand leaving his opponents leaderless. During the confusion he took the remainder of his crew to the fastest enemy ship and sunk the Sea Rabbit. Jeretsty was free once again to sail the seas. Now days people say they can see the Sea Rabbit wondering the seas with Jeretsty's lost crew members
