John skin description

As he ran across the abandoned rooftops he felt a stinging pain in his right arm but he kept running. He had just killed his target giving him another week of food, medicine and weaponry. Almost every week he was getting new snipers to use but nothing matched his favorite, Loretta. She was as silent as a feather hitting the ground but deadlier than a lion on the prowl. When John was running across the roof he felt one give as he jumped and turned back to see 5 mercenary soldiers fall into the hole the rest cleared the gap. John turned back with his pistol, Lucille, and shot every one of them in the head. Now that he was free from being chased he looked at his arm and saw blood seeping out. John grabbed the med pack on his belt and took out a bottle of alcohol, he winced as he pored it on the wound, dumping enough on to clean it. He then wiped it off with a cloth and bandaged it. He had to head back to the town to get his payment but how would he get in? The military had just blocked off his secret entrance so he would have to find some other way to get in.. This is the first skin and part of a story in a new apocalyptic series.
