Joltik by thetauche skin description

This is a recreation of a skin posted by thetauche that is unfortunately unavailable to download. Since I love Joltik so much, I decided to recreate it for myself. I tried to copy as much of the original skin over as I could from the preview, then I did my best to fill in the blanks. I also changed the mouth a bit and added the missing belly patch. It's not perfect, but I think it looks nice. If thetauche ever returns and requests that I remove this, I will comply.
