Mihai Margineanu PR Frostling Skin skin description

Made me a version of my skin for the Phoenix Realms server (IP: phoenixrealms.co) as a Frostling. In the server, Frostling is one of the races you can pick from. They're described as "ice pixies", but unfortunately I couldn't make the wings. Oh well; I still have a tight Al Capone-style suit and fedora so that's cool. XD
