My Costume -mintwhisker- skin description

So, I used another of Celenia's bases for this, thank you Celenia for the great bases, I couldn't have made skins without them. All I added was the costume, I guess it's sorta like a onesie, not really, but it is almost full body. It kept falling off my head when I was wearing it, I guess I'm too tall! e3e
