My human-dragon hybrid OC skin description

This is a kinda random OC I thought of one day..it's a human and dragon hybrid...weird huh...I think up odd OCs don't I? I don't know what to call him/her (it can be either gender so I probably should figure out a gender neutral name for them). Imma refer to this oc as a they/them for now since they are gender-neutral. If you use this skin you can call it whatever you'd like. And no this character does NOT represent me although it sorta looks like meh irl (key word: sorta) go figure. :P Note: the dragon parts were from a base that wasn't made by me that I found on Skindex, but I edited the colors. I don't know who made the base because Skindex doesn't say who made what skin or skin base. :/
