The "C.A.R.E" or "Civilian Accompanying Response/Evacuation" Agents are specialized police units. Their duties in the corporation is to protect, evacuate, and comfort civilians in political, natural, and supernatural disasters to the best of their abilities. In special operations they can also perform as detectives, and even as security for public events. They wear specially designed clothing which is engineered to be bullet resistant, but allows the wearer to blend well with other civilians. Semi-high ranking engineers are issued this uniform. They are often driving the streets of Astoria City in unmarked pursuit vehicles or a sports car of that nature. They wear a special jacket called the M1103 which adjust the wearer's body temperature accordingly, and if the jacket detects low levels of happiness the jacket will release natural stimulants to increase moral of the wearer.
