November Days (contest) skin description

November is one of my favorite months of the year. It's the transitioning month from autumn to winter; the leaves turn brown and the trees are left completely bare, the air begins to turn chilly, the long-sleeved shirts come out of the closet, and I can finally enjoy my hot chocolate. This is my entry for Femi's, taesock's, and fenean's contest. The theme for the first round was seasons. I started out doing fall/autumn, but my orange palette was such crap, I trashed it and made it winter instead. It ended up not looking winter-y enough, so now it represents November, that weird transitional month that I love so much. I've seen a lot of entries that kind of blow mine out of the water, but hopefully I'll at least make it past the first round, right? Feedback is appreciated! :)
