Oblivion Imperial Dragon Armor skin description
Imperial Dragon Armor is created by the finest Imperial smiths and then further enchanted by the greatest mages the Empire has to offer. It is generally reserved for use only by the Emporer. Only one exception to this rule has been made when the Elder Council allowed this armor to be crafted and used by the Champion of Cyrodil after they helped bring about the end of the Oblivion crisis. (I originally made this skin on The Skindex, check out my other creations!)
