Oblivion's 'Toxic' skin description

My Personal thoughts on Toxic, Oblivion's OC: I personally love the character! I love how her skin gives off such a 'different' vibe because of the hair, and all in all, the outfit! I had such a fun time making this skin because of all the bright colors but also a balanced mixture of neutral ones too!
