She Grew Up/Spent Most Of Her Time By The Ocean To Swim Or Collect Sea Glass/Shells. Blue Is Her Favorite Colors Bcuz It Was The "Color" Of Water. So She Dyed Her Hair Blue To Encouraged Her Love For The Ocean. She Learned How To Mold/Sculpt Water Into Shapes In The Air. As Well As Control Waves. She Is A Very Beautiful And Loving Girl.
