Old Lady Ianite (Universal) skin description

I uploaded a skin earlier that was of Lady Ianite from the Mianite Twitch stream series. I figured I would give you guys a universal version as well (previous upload used the "slim" skin so it's only compatible with 1.8+ this one is using the normal "steve" skin so it can be used on all versions)
