Pokemon Skin Pack - 3. Blue skin description

Now I am currently working on a Map (which, fingers crossed, should be released soon) that is the Kanto Region of the Pokemon World, as seen in Pokemon Red, Blue, Fire Red and Leaf Green. To go along with that Map I am making a skin pack featuring the playable characters, Prof. Oak, the Gym Leaders and the Elite Four. The next one of this skin pack is Blue/Gary, who serves as your Rival for the Game.
