Pootis Spencer skin description

I made this because I literally had NOTHING better to do. Pootis Spencer is a character I made, but go ahead & edit him however you wish; just give me credit in the end .w. Also I plan to make this skin more detailed & original, as it looks similar to most modern skin designs. Woohoo. Feel free to do so for me .w. I also made a sketch for him, but y'know, nAH.
