Power to the Local Dreemurr is a cute joke phrase I came up with combining my two obbsessions, Twenty One Pilots and Undertale XD Also, the cute beanie was an idea I learned from dungitrekt/PinkachuSanspai's skins, so credit to her for inspiration! And the face is very similar to her Chara, so CREDIT! CREDIT PEOPLE CREDIT! EDIT: Just noticed the backpack straps on the arms. *facepalm*. Whatever. Too lazy to change it :P
