Precip the cloud witch - Neleh skin description

My entry for the Magic Skin Contest :)) This is Precip - a cloud witch. She is a little witch that wanders the skies, sleeping on soft clouds (which often cling to her clothes and hair). Her magic is to be able to flick her fingers which, in turn, move the clouds around the blue sky. By controlling the clouds, she can maneuver them to give her her a perfect pathway to walk on. Furthermore, by using clouds to float to the ground, she can interact with people who often give her confused looks as she is dressed quite strangely. However, as she is a very outgoing person, she does not take notice to the discombobulated stares. On the other hand, if the temperature drops or if it rains, she can become rather cold plodding along the puffy vapour. Luckily, she has a spare coat! I drew her but the picture is very small I'm sorry ))));
