Leader of The Special Operations Fireteam dubbed Quantum Op's. Zulu was originally a Spartan-VI but when ONI needed test candidates for the new Spartan-VII armor, Zulu and Four others volunteered. Zulu got to name the Squad, he named it Fireteam Quantum but it came to be known as Quantum Op's.
