Based off the Batman comic "Zero Year - Secret City". The red hood gang is an organization conducting near ludicrous and non-nonsensical crimes. From stealing trucks filled with paint thinner and ice cream powder to robbing a warehouse of pressurized oxygen, these thugs are dedicated to making Gotham quiver in fear. All members of the gang dress in suits with identical masks, and are identified by numbers assigned to them by their leader. The gang is led by the mysterious Red Hood One. This skin is just one of the many gang members Red Hood One manipulates into conducting crimes, whether through blackmail or death-threats, members of the Red Hood gang are strong-armed into service, and loyalty to Red Hood One.
