Red Panda Hybrid [SPG] skin description

An Easter egg character in DOE, originally I made the skin to be 1.7 but later when I decided I would upload it I added the ears and tail as the original skin uses the npc mod in order to have the ears and tail. This skin was inspired by a character known as Cookie from a fan fiction of our series, Dragons of Elswere, her fan fiction is called Our Twisted Fate and as a surprise I decided to make a skin of the character and add it in as an Easter egg. I went off a description so the characters appearance may vary drastically compared to the Cookie in OTF.
