Ever wonder what would happen if humans were not the top species? Who would be on top? Well let's just say it's something you wouldn't expect.. Giraffes of course! I know, I know, what a surprise!? I was shocked too until I started looking into it. Just think about these long necked creatures roaming the earth, flying planes, eating at restaurants, folding clean underwear from the laundry. I know right sounds crazy. But what if I told you the only reason they become number on was because of this giraffe right here. That's right this one. The all mighty and powerful Rhyolite! Now you might be asking "why are they so powerful?" Well way back, back in 22,000 BC a crystal from way out in outer space fell from the heavens to earth. Well soon after the 6th ice age (yes I couldn't believe there was 6th ice age too) Rhyolite was born. They were royalty. And as a gift the giraffes gave them the crystal. Rhyolite wore it around their neck every where they went. Around age 3 Rhyolite started to act strange. Like super strange. And then one day out of no where a purple flame shot from their hand they lost it. They were over taken by the power the crystal has given them. Rhyolite send chaos all over the place and when it finally calmed down there were no animals left but the giraffes.. The giraffes named Rhyolite their leader and soon after Rhyolite learned to control their powers. Soon learning how to heal, bring back the dead (and not just giraffes but all animals) and Ryholite was able to control water and land. Best part was Rhyolite never died. So they are still here to this day. But just imagine if this universe did exist, well it does, obviously we just don't know it yet. Talk about crazy! (I used they/them because I didn't want to be gender specific! ????)
