Ronan, the Enchanted Commander Ronan was the Commander of the Cavalry Guards for the Enchanted Kingdom, but he retired and became a wheat farmer, living peacefully and comfortably on the outskirt of the Capital with his wife and two children. News of Cobra Army camping along the border of the Enchanted Kingdom and the Kingdom of the Cobra brought speculations to the people. They knew about the conflicts between King Edmund and the Cobra King regarding the Enchanted Land, which led to the conclusion that the Cobra Army was preparing for an invasion. Most people dismissed the crazy idea of the invasion, but some became fearful and packed their belongings and migrated to the neighboring kingdoms. The conclusion was correct. Villages along the border sent their messenger to warned King Edmund that the Cobra Army had crossed the border and pillaged villages that were on their way. King Edmund quickly assembled his army. He sent a messenger to Ronan, who notified him that King needed Ronan’s assistance to defend the kingdom from the invaders. His wife didn’t want Ronan to fight, and begged him to come with her and the children to the sky ship where they can depart to the Kingdom of Esso for refuge. Ronan was struggling to make his decision on whether he should help his King or find refuge with his wife and children. When he thought of his decision, he went to the attic and brought down a wooden box with the emblem of the Cavalry Guards. He opened it, revealing the Commander Sword. Ronan made the decision to fight for the King to fend off the invaders. Ronan bid farewell to their family as they were on their wagon to the Capital. He rode his horse to the a camp nearby where he was greeted highly by the Cavalry Guards. They won their skirmishes against the Cobra soldiers, but defeated in their battles as the number of the invaders was too great. The Enchanted Army fell back to the Capital, where they had to defend. When the protective orb shattered, the Cobra soldiers marched to the walls. Many attempts were used to keep the invaders from getting close to the wall, but they were marching closer and closer. Ronan and his Cavalry Guards rode their horses out of the Capital, in which they charged into the Cobra soldiers. Cobra soldiers were charging through the calvary, breaching the wall. As Ronan was fighting, he spotted a sky ship departing into the sky. He sighed a relief, knowing that his family would be safe from the war in the Enchanted Land. Suddenly, the sky ship exploded. His eyes became widened and he froze. His cavalry tried to get his attention as they were defending him from the enemies. His tears fell down from his face, knowing that his family was killed. Ronan dropped his sword and rode his horse towards the crash site, deserting the battle.
