Rumia skin description

Not a particularly exciting character to make, but oh well, everyone else in EoSD has a more interesting design at the very least. Despite the boring appearance I do still like Rumia, though. Extra note, I'll be including a head canon I have about every character, so here's the first for anyone interested (Though I don't know if any of my subs/people on this site are interested in Touhou at all..) "Rumia's shroud of darkness doesn't actually do anything but block her eyesight and make her an easier to see target. Despite this, she likes to use it often anyways because she thinks it looks intimidating. Similarly, while she's too scared to actually eat a human, she'll say she has to anyone she meets in combat in order to try and make herself seem more powerful than she really is (which is, suffice to say, not very)."
