Ruruka Ando - Danganronpa (REDO) skin description

So yeah. I redid this bootiful skin. (never using "bootiful" ever again.) Hope it isn't cringe anymore. Old desc. (WARNING! The cringe is strong.)The 2nd skin in my Danganronpa skin series. I'm planning on doing more of the characters, so stay tuned! (Also, thanks to Kotoko-Chan for the idea! This was a lot of fun to make!)
